Got my first ticket

Grabbing that advance ticket for the 3rd leg of my trip.

Yesterday I went online to look for advance tickets to start building up my trip.

I found a ticket London-Birmingham (3rd leg of the journey) for just £6. Only later I noticed I will be travelling with London Midlands, so a few more stops on the way and no Pendolino action :( But on the other hand it was £1.50 cheaper and as the train leaves earlier, it doesn't affect my plan at all.

Soon I hope to find the advance ticket for Birmingham - Minffordd at £19, so I can fill in that gap towards my destination. Although the Sunday 4pm service sells as an advance, I am still full of hope to find the same on a Monday... one day.

The bus into London will take a bit longer as I noticed "Promo"-prices are possible until the end of June yet. So that will be for next month, even more so as I need to take a Return-ticket to get the best deal. As there are more and more operators going into London (IC-bus just joined), they all lower their prices unti €30/single.

Keep tuning in to see what I've pulled out of the hat next time.
